‘Housewives’ avoid backstabbing on adult slide at benefit

There was nearly an actual backstabbing during a “Real Housewives”-packed party at Slate, co-hosted by Luann de Lesseps.

A spy told us that Luann rode the club’s adult-size slide, with Sonja Morgan following.

“Sonja had to spread eagle to avoid stabbing Luann in the back with her heels,” said a witness. “It was a close call, but no one got hurt.”

The benefit was to support Stomp Out Bullying and the Fortune Society.

Co-host Chanel Omari got Tinsley Mortimer and Morgan onstage to dance with Luann to her “Money Can’t Buy You Class” as Dorinda Medley and Ramona Singer cheered.

Mets’ Pete Alonso goes yard for 50th homer

Pete Alonso just won’t stop.

The Mets’ super rookie hit his 50th home run of the season on Friday, going deep against Reds hurler Sal Romano for a two-run shot in the top of the eighth.

The homer makes Alonso just the second rookie to go yard 50 times in a season and the 30th player in league history to hit the milestone. He extended his MLB-leading total — he’s now two ahead of Cincinnati third baseman Eugenio Suarez, who has 48.

“That’s crazy,” Alonso told The Post’s Kevin Kernan of being on the cusp of the milestone. “That’s absurd.”
