Covid-19 has changed commuting patterns. Can we keep them?

One of my enduring memories of the circuit breaker last year, and in the months following it, was how smooth traffic on the roads was, with fewer people out and about.

It was a breeze travelling along roads and expressways that would typically be congested during peak hours, such as the Central Expressway (CTE) and Lornie Highway, among others.
