10 people arrested on suspicion of murder after man dies in west London

Seven men and three women have been arrested on suspicion of murder after a man was found dead in west London.

Police were called to Brentwick Gardens in Brentford shortly after 5am on Wednesday to reports of intruders at an address.

Paramedics and an air ambulance were also scrambled but the man was declared dead after being found lying in the street with serious injuries.

All 10 people arrested remain in custody.

Detective Superintendent Figo Forouzan said: ‘This is a truly shocking incident that will understandably cause the community concerns.

‘I want to reassure the Hounslow residents that we have commenced a thorough investigation with the support of our homicide investigation team to ensure those responsible are brought to justice.’

Enquiries are underway to notify the man’s next of kin. A post-mortem examination will be scheduled in due course.
