Prior to their UK return last month, Prince Harry and Meghan’s popularity reportedly hit an all-time-low. It has now been suggested that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are looking at hiring someone to “clean up” any traces of negative press about them from the internet. Speaking on a recent video on his YouTube channel, royal expert Neil Sean discussed the couple’s desire for a “clean slate”.

Mr Sean said: “So, I’ve been told by a very good source that Meghan and Harry are looking into this particular feature.

“This is where the internet is cleaned up for you so if you’ve got any negative press, anybody spreading rumours about you or misinformation, you know, you can pay for these very extreme services that will clean up Google.”

Mr Sean added: “For a substantial fee, you can hire that person to go through every single negative story that you want removing and it can be removed.”

Although stating this is “allegedly at this stage”, Mr Sean said this is something that the couple are “looking into”.

He continued: “You’d only look at something like this if, of course, you wanted a clean slate.

“Truly, if something’s been on the net, it’s never really really removed.

“Somebody’s already taken a screenshot, a copy of it, they can always find it”.

Mr Sean claimed that a “very famous supermodel” paid for this service.

Although he left the supermodel unnamed, he said she had some “terrible situations attributed to her” which, although “in part were true”, she needed them removed in order to “reinvent” herself.

In reference to Meghan’s reported political ambitions, he said the couple want a “big clean white slate” to make way for a “big white path towards the world’s most famous house, The White House.”

Meghan and Harry announced they were to step down as senior working royals in January 2020.

They claimed their final decision came after “many months of reflection and internal discussions”.

In their official statement, posted on their Instagram account, they said they intended “work to become financially independent”.

They declared that, despite their exit, they would continue “to fully support Her Majesty The Queen”.
