The man brands people in the queue “stupid” as they wait to get their jab in Llandudno, north Wales, on Monday evening. The clip shows him continue to berate the group until police officers arrive.

Security has been stepped up at vaccination centres across the country following similar incidents.

But in this heated exchange, the irate anti-vaxxer shouts: “You think in your head that’s what you want to do, don’t listen to me.”

He says the people “don’t know what’s in the jab” but, after a short while, the group are seen laughing at the man and clapping at him.

When warned police will be called, the man is heard saying: “They are coming to get me again. Section 5 public order – disturbing the peace…Am I disturbing you? Have I caused any harm or distress to any of you people?”

Health authorities have said they won’t tolerate violence, reports North Wales Live.

A spokesperson for Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board said: “We will not tolerate violence, aggression or abuse towards our staff or volunteers.

“We’re asking our staff to go above and beyond to keep people safe this Christmas.

“Many have voluntarily cancelled time off with their families to work on the frontline of our vaccination effort.

“Anyone who causes alarm or distress to others at any of our vaccination centres may be asked to leave and in more serious circumstances the police will be contacted.”

The booster roll-out effort has been ramped up across the UK amid the rapid spread of the Omicron variant.

Speaking on Sunday, Boris Johnson said: “I am afraid we are now facing an emergency in our battle with the new variant, Omicron, and we must urgently reinforce our wall of vaccine protection to keep our friends and loved ones safe.

“We know from bitter experience how these exponential curves develop. No-one should be in any doubt: there is a tidal wave of Omicron coming, and I’m afraid it is now clear that two doses of vaccine are simply not enough to give the level of protection we all need.

“But the good news is that our scientists are confident that with a third dose – a booster dose – we can all bring our level of protection back up.”
