EuroMillions is known for its big jackpots, which can really change the lives of lucky winners. This week, Tuesday’s EuroMillions draw is worth approximately £14million- a truly staggering sum. But the jackpot isn’t the only prize up for grabs.
As well as the jackpot, there is also a guaranteed prize of £1million in every EuroMillions draw with the UK Millionaire Maker.
There are also several prizes available for matching some of the winning numbers.
This week, the National Lottery confirmed on Twitter that 20 lucky people became millionaires in the EuroMillions draw on Friday, July 2.
The National Lottery tweeted: “Congrats to the 20 UK millionaires that were made in Friday’s (2nd July) #EuroMillions event! #NationalLottery #DreamComeTrueMoney”.
Actual prizes vary for each draw, but as per the National Lottery website, estimated prizes in EuroMillions are as follows:

- 3 MAIN NUMBERS Plus 1 Lucky Star – £7.30
- 3 MAIN NUMBERS – £6.00
- 1 MAIN NUMBER Plus 2 Lucky Stars – £4.30

How do you play EuroMillions?
Playing EuroMillions is simple, just pick five numbers from 1-50 and two Lucky Stars from 1-12.
If you’d rather leave the numbers up to fate, there is the option of going for a Lucky Dip to get randomly selected numbers.
EuroMillions draws take place every Tuesday or Friday, so players can choose to play on either or both days.

Up to seven lines of numbers can be played at a time, while up to 10 play slips can be purchased at a time.
It costs £2.50 to play EuroMillions and people must be over the age of 18 to play.
Tickets can be purchased online or in some shops and supermarkets.
Tickets purchased online via the National Lottery website must be bought before 7.30pm to be played on a draw day.
