Bowel cancer: Alan Titchmarsh urges public to do screening test

Express Online reporter Robert Fisk has recently been diagnosed with stage four bowel cancer, which has spread to his liver and bladder. Here he shares his story about a part of the treatment he definitely was not expecting:
