London fire erupts in Wembley – panic as 100 firefighters rush to scene of huge blaze

Masala Canteen in Wembley High Road caught alight just before 9am this morning, with one person in the building. He was able to escape the fire and is now being treated for smoke inhalation by the London Ambulance Service (LAS). He has been taken to hospital.

Video footage from the scene shows huge plumes of black smoke rising from the building.

The London Fire Brigade have had to pull crews from Park Royal, Northolt, Willesden, Acton to tackle the blace.

They said over 100 firefighters are currently at the scene.
