Meghan Markle’s relationship with her family has been well documented since her entry into royal life. Their relationship, as well as her relationship with the Royal Family, has reportedly been anything but straightforward. But who are Meghan Markle’s siblings?

How many siblings doe Meghan Markle have?

Meghan was born in California to Doria Ragland and Thomas Markle on August 4, 1981.

She has two paternal half-siblings, Samantha Markle and Thomas Markle Jr.

Her sister Samantha has publicly disagreed with Harry and Meghan’s choice to step down from frontline royal life, calling the decision a “slap in the face”.

She said at the time: “I think what is shocking is the lack of consideration for the people involved, the British royal family, the promises that were originally made to honour royal duties and to lead by example.

“They stepped into the spotlight knowing what the duties were, knowing what the media would be like for them.

Samantha is even publishing a book about her sister, titled The Diary of Princess Pushy’s Sister Part 1.

It is reported that Meghan’s father has never met his son-in-law Harry or his grandson Archie.

The father and daughter have also reportedly not spoken since the May 2018 wedding.

However, Meghan is very close with her mother, Doria Ragland, who was also the only Markle family member to attend her wedding to Prince Harry.

Meghan has agreed to what many believe will be a be a ‘tell-all’ interview with Oprah later this year, discussing her time within the Royal Family.

She and Prince Harry are expecting a younger sibling for their son Archie, who will turn two years old in May.
