During the Heir podcast Omid Scoboe discused the Duchess of Sussex’s interview with Gloria Steinem this week. Mr Scobie said Meghan Markle praised Prince Harry as a strong example of a male role model Archie can grow up to.
Mr Scobie said: “The Duchess of Sussex opened up about Prince Harry’s feminism in a fantastic conversation with Gloria Steinem this week.
“Meghan shared that she looks at Archie and sees what a beautiful example in which he gets to grow up.
“He has a father that is so comfortable … [in] his own self-identification that there is no shame in being someone who advocates for fundamental human rights for everyone which of course includes women.”
Last week the Duke and Duchess of Sussex made a virtual apperance for the Queen’s Commonwealth Trust (QCT). Meghan, along with the Duke of Sussex, spoke with a number of young people online, including charity founders and YouTubers, to discuss how internet communities can be used for good.

During the discussion with the QCT, Prince Harry joked he felt too old to be be part of the conversation about the next generation.
Prince Harry said: “People and communities are becoming incredibly confused and you can feel that across the world at the moment.
“I think we all know how good it feels just to be around positivity and optimism, that is what are you doing so keep it up.
“I love that you are all so well connected as well, this is why the platform was created, to bind you all together.
“To use that thinking, that awareness, that self-awareness you guys have to be able to make the world a better place.
“I say you but I want to include us.
“I already feel like I am way too old for this conversation.”
Meghan interjected: “Stop, we are not that old.”

The Duke of Sussex continued: “But it is true this is the world that you guys are going to inherit.”
Meghan Markle added: “And Archie.”
While discussing the responsibility of users who share information online, the Duchess said: “When you look at what these platforms are capable of with that reach and what that propels in terms of trolling, you can either train people to be cruel or you can train people to be kind. It’s really that simple.”
The chat was hosted last week week by the QCT – of which Harry and Meghan are president and vice president.
