During the interview, Meghan also revealed how she had dealt with the increased media scrutiny and abuse she has received since she became a member of the Royal Family.
The Duchess also spoke of her status as the most “trolled” person of 2019 during the podcast.
She added: “I’m told that in 2019 I was the most trolled person in the entire world, male or female.
“Eight months of that I wasn’t even visible – I was on maternity leave or with a baby.
“But what was able to be manufactured and churned out, it’s almost unsurvivable.
“That’s so big you can’t even think of what that feels like.

Harry also said he made a personal decision to stop reading the negative material online.
The Duke added: “The importance of creating the time in your day to take a breath and focus on the things that really matter, that builds up a certain amount of resilience.

Meghan and Harry made the decision to step back as senior royals in January.
The pair claimed the move was made to become more financially independent and to focus on their charitable exploits.
Due to the decision, a series of agreements were made to their lives such as the removal of the ‘Sussex Royal’ brand name.
The pair will also stop using their His/Her Royal Highness titles.
After increased scrutiny, the pair have also repaid the money spent – from the British taxpayer – which was used to refurbish Frogmore Cottage.
The conditions will be reviewed next March by the pair and senior members of the Royal Family.
