Meghan’s six ‘blink and you’ll miss it’ Hollywood moments

Meghan Markle was best known for her role as Rachel Zane in the US drama Suits, but many don’t realise they may recognise her from some of their favourite Hollywood blockbusters.

Despite holding down this role for a total of seven seasons, Meghan also found time to make appearances in some Hollywood classics.

The 42-year-old was determined to become a household name, and packed a lot into her acting career.

After becoming engaged to Prince Harry in 2017, Meghan decided to quit acting and become a senior member of the Royal Family.

With rumours circulating that Meghan may be looking to return to her acting roots, takes a look at some of Meghan’s “blink and you’ll miss it” Hollywood moments.

1. A Lot Like Love (2005)

A then-24-year-old Meghan appeared in the 2005 romantic comedy, A Lot Like Love.

Although she only had a small speaking part, this was Meghan’s first film role.

Meghan appeared alongside the lead character, portrayed by Ashton Kutcher.

Although Meghan introduces herself in the scene as ‘Natalie’, her part is simply credited as ‘Hot Girl’.

2. Remember Me (2010)

In 2010, the Duchess of Sussex took on the role of a bartender called Megan in Remember Me.

Appearing alongside Robert Pattinson and Emilie de Ravin, Meghan’s only line consisted of “Do not speak…”.

3. Horrible Bosses (2011)

In 2011, Meghan appeared in Horrible Bosses, a movie alongside Friends star Jennifer Aniston.

Meghan appeared as Jamie who, according to Jason Bateman’s character, was “too cute to be just a FedEx girl”.

4. Dysfunctional Friends (2012)

Meghan starred as a character named Terry in this ensemble comedy.

Unlike some of the others, Meghan’s character made it into the trailer of the film.

5. Random Encounters (2013)

In 2013, Meghan starred as Mindy in Random Encounters.

Her role consisted of her playing the main character’s bad influence of a friend and is set around the world of online dating.

6. Anti-Social (2015)

Just one year prior to meeting Prince Harry, Meghan starred in Anti-Social as ‘Kirsten’.

The Duchess travelled to the UK for this role, which is a film all about street crime and street art.
