Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have given royal fans a rare update on their two children, Prince Archie, four, and Princess Lilibet two.
The US-based couple said their children are “incredibly grateful” to a group of young leaders who will join the inaugural cohort of the Responsible Techonology Youth Power Fund (RTYPF).
When chatting to the young people over the phone, Harry said: “Thank you for doing everything that you do, our kids especially are incredibly grateful.”
Laughing, Meghan adds: “They don’t know it yet, but they will!”
A video of the interaction has been shared on Meghan and Harry’s official website, Archewell to mark the launch of RTYPF.

RTYPF is a new initiative that aims to give young people the tools they need to advocate for the improvements they want to see in technology and the Archewell Foundation is a member of its advisory group.
A statement on Meghan and Harry’s website said: “The Archewell Foundation is a proud founding member of this initiative and serves on the advisory committee alongside leading organizations including Omidyar Network, Hopelab, Susan Crown Exchange, Susan Reynolds, and more.
“In celebration of this work, co-founders of The Archewell Foundation Prince Harry and Meghan, The Duke and Duchess of Sussex called members of the group to congratulate them on their award.”
A total of £1.5million ($2million) will be given to 26 youth-led initiatives to assist their efforts to create a more inclusive, egalitarian, and accountable digital ecosystem.
