Harry said he was “really excited” to join BetterUp, a personal growth and professional development company he has used himself. It was not revealed how much he will earn or how often he’ll have to make the 660-mile round commute from home in Montecito, California.
But the Duke, 36, said: “My goal is to lift up critical dialogues around mental health, build supportive and compassionate communities, and foster an environment for honest and vulnerable conversations.

BetterUp has more than 2,000 online coaches across 66 countries. Harry, who has spoken about his own battles with mental health problems, has used their experts himself.

The Duke, who lost his title Captain General of the Royal Marines after quitting royal duties, also said staff at his and Meghan’s charity Archewell were using BetterUp’s services.
