Princess Eugenie, 30, and Princess Beatrice, 32, are Prince Harry’s cousins and the trio were close growing up. The two sisters shared the same social circle as Harry enjoyed partying together in London when they were younger.
Both the Princesses were invited to Harry and Meghan Markle’s exclusive party on the night of their royal wedding.
The bash was attended by a plethora of big names including George and Amal Clooney and Serena Williams.
Details of the extravagant party are shared in book Finding Freedom by Omid Scobie and Carolyn Durand.
The authors also share how Beatrice and Eugenie ditched the ‘pedestrian’ transport offered to guests and decided to arrive in a flashy car instead.
Mr Scobie and Ms Durand write: “Two hundred friends and family, who had received the hand-drawn invitations for the evening reception, arrived at Frogmore House close to 7pm in double-decker buses.
“Some chose to take their own transportation, including Doria (Ragland), who napped in the back of a Range Rover.
“Harry’s cousins Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie skipped the more pedestrian rides in favour of a black Bentley.
“George and Amal Clooney pulled up in a silver Audi.”
The book also touches on Harry’s close relationship with Eugenie and how in their younger years they were firm party pals.
The authors write: “Eugenie had always been more than just a cousin to Harry. They were also the closest of friends.
“Out of all the Queen’s grandchildren, Harry and Eugenie have one of the most natural connections.
“Like Harry, Eugenie is loyal, honest and great fun.”

The book continues: “The two had many nights out together in London, sneaking into back entrances of clubs, such as Mahiki, where Jack was once manager, or Tonteria, where in one of the VIP cave areas, they downed shots from Mexican skull-shaped glasses and a giant frozen margarita (with multiple straws.)
“Harry had so much fun at the club co-owned by one of Harry’s close childhood pals, Guy Pelly, he partied there four nights in one week of July 2014.”
According to the book, Eugenie was one of the first family members Harry confided in about his relationship with Meghan.
Mr Scobie and Ms Durand write: “Not only did he trust her (Eugenie) implicitly, but friends say that she gives great advice and has always been ‘beyond wise’ for her years.
“It is not surprising, then, that Eugenie was one of the first in the family to know about his relationship with Meghan.”
Princess Beatrice married Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi in July but her low-key royal wedding was markedly different from Meghan and Harry’s.
The private ceremony was held at All Saints Chapel, Windsor and attended by just 30 guests.
The after party took place in the grounds of Beatrice’s family home the Royal Lodge in Great Windsor Park.
Only a handful of official photos from the day were shared with the public.
