According to research done by Eachnight.com, the Queen’s bedtime routines and exercise habits are Googled 136 percent more than any other member of the Royal Family, with Kate Middleton’s routine generating the second most interest, followed by Harry and then Meghan. As well as reportedly enjoying a tipple before bed, the Queen is also understood to have slept in a different room to her late-husband Prince Phillip, in order to get a better night’s sleep. Eachnight.com has suggested that the Queen may owe her longevity to her healthy lifestyle. A spokesman for Eachnight said: “The Queen sleeps 8.5 hours a night, which is well within the healthy sleep range of an adult in the UK, who should be getting 8-9 hours a night, and impressive given the busyness of her schedule throughout her reign. To sleep as well as The Queen, you should make sure you go to bed at the same time every night (Her Majesty retires at 11pm), which will train your body to feel automatically sleepy as you approach your designated bedtime, ensuring a better night’s rest”.
Buckingham Palace has been contacted for comment.
