Mr Palmer told host Pandora Forsyth: “I think they were given no real notice.

“They probably knew that a press release was going out.”

He added: “The date was leaked to the New York Times the night before.

“I think there was a little bit of, you know, just a heads up to say [this is happening].”

In regards to the content of the memoir, Mr Palmer concluded: “I don’t think they know much about what’s in the book at all.”

The highly-anticipated memoir will finally be going on sale on January 10, 2023.

Harry’s publisher Penguin Random House claimed that the book will detail with “raw unflinching honesty” and share his journey from “trauma to healing”.

They added: “For Harry, this is his story at last”.
