Usually, the Government updates the public on the latest Covid case rates and daily deaths from the virus at around 4pm, but today there has been a delay in the publication of this data. Here’s the reason for this delay.

Data for December 29 to December 30 has been pushed back due to a delay in receiving data for the number of Covid-related deaths in England.

Today’s UK COVID-19 update is estimated to be released at 7:30 pm.

The latest official Covid statistics are published by the Government on the Gov.uk website.

These statistics include the latest number of people who have been vaccinated, Covid cases and the number of people who have died within 28 days of positive Covid test.
