The job description notes that the best person for the role will have a “proactive approach and the ability to tackle new challenges.”
The new hire would be the latest addition to a professional team that ensure Her Majesty’s interiors are presented to the highest standard.

The perfect candidate for this role though must “aim for the highest standards” in their work.
The specification adds: “Learning from your colleagues, you’ll gain the specialist professional skills needed, always aiming for the highest standards”.

The specification adds that “development and training are commonplace” in the work environment, and that the employee will be able to grow their skillset.
While previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is an advantage to the position, the job advert advises this is not an essential requirement.
The Queen is also seeking someone “organised” and with “good time management skills” for the position.
