Lucas Vazquez: Real Madrid winger ‘drops weight’ which breaks toe

Real Madrid winger Lucas Vazquez has broken a toe in his left foot after reportedly “dropping a weight” on to it while doing extra work in the gym.

Vazquez, 28, has already spent six weeks out with a calf injury, but is now sidelined for another month.

The Spain international has played nine games this season, scoring once.

Former Real Madrid goalkeeper Santiago Canizares famously missed the 2002 World Cup after dropping a bottle of aftershave on to his right foot.

15-year-old boy stabbed at Bronx subway stop

A group of men stabbed teen on a Bronx subway platform Thursday morning, cops said.

The 15-year-old boy was stabbed multiple times in the shoulder while he was on the southbound No. 6 platform at the Westchester Square-East Tremont Avenue station around 11 a.m., according to cops.

Witnesses told police they saw seven men running from the subway stop, leaving the boy bleeding on the platform, cops said.

The 15-year-old was taken to Jacobi Medical Center where he was expected to recover.

It was unclear what caused the brawl to break out, and no arrests have been made, officials said.

Realtor Elizabeth Stribling to receive France’s highest honor

Famed real estate agent Elizabeth Stribling will receive France’s highest decoration, the commandeur de la légion d’honneur.

Stribling, who sold her agency to Compass, will receive the title Monday in Paris.

She’s already a recipient of France’s National Order of Merit. “You can’t imagine what an honor it is for a little girl from the Deep South to receive such a prestigious recognition,” she said.

Three squatters dead after fire rips through abandoned Queens home

Three people squatting in an abandoned house in Queens were killed when a blaze tore through the structure on Thursday night, police said.

The victims — all of them adult men — were in the house on Farmers Boulevard near 110th Road in Jamaica at about 11:55 p.m. when the flames erupted, fire officials said.

The men were pulled from the flames and pronounced dead at the scene, authorities said.

More than 100 firefighters responded to battle the blaze, with one suffering minor injuries.

He was transported to North Shore University Hospital, authorities said.

The case of the blaze is under investigation.
