At least 22 people died after a tourist boat capsized in southern India. The tragedy took place in the Kerala state on Sunday night. Rescue efforts were still underway on Monday, after the vessel was pulled from muddy water, and it is feared the death toll may further rise.
The double-decker boat is believed to have capsized due to overcrowding.
