A bus driver was fired after he was caught by a passenger performing oral sex on a woman in the backseat of the bus he drives.
The off-duty London bus driver was fired after the 2020 incident when he was spotted wearing his work uniform while publicly performing the lewd act.
The shocking sexcapade came to light today (February 9) when an employment tribunal in south London rejected his claims that he was discriminated against when he was fired, instead ordering the dirty driver to pay £7,500, reports the Evening Standard.

London South Employment Tribunal heard how a poor passenger reported to the bus company that they overheard “moaning” and noticed the driver was wearing a work jacket while engaging in explicit acts with the unnamed woman.
When confronted with the footage, the driver, a married father, told his bosses: “I knew this would come back and bite me, I thought the CCTV would be deleted by now”.
The unnamed driver said in his defence that he may have been spiked after he went to the woman’s house, adding that he was raped or sexually assaulted by her.
Despite this statement, judges questioned why he took a gift around to the woman’s house the day after the incident.

The driver also bizarrely presented a supportive statement from the woman to his workplace during mitigation, which judges called “unusual conduct in the circumstances”.
Employment judges found “no evidence at all” to support the claims that he was spiked, adding that even if it were true, it would not have excused his behaviour as the alleged spiking would’ve taken place after he publicly performed the sex act.
Employment judge Gary Self said in his ruling: “We find that the Claimant sought to avoid the scrutiny on his activities by trying to put the blame on others by saying he had been drugged”.
