Inside home of Gabby Petito’s fiancé with shadowy poster and violent comics

Eerie and potentially valuable images of the home of Gabby Petito's fiancé show how he lived before his sudden disappearance.

Pictures and sale documents go deep inside Brian Laundrie's Florida apartment, including his bedroom adorned with memorabilia, the New York Post reports.

FBI agents raided the property on Monday, with Petito's death officially ruled a homicide yesterday, September 21.

The popular van life YouTuber, 22, had been reported missing by her concerned mother and an investigation began on September 11.

Her body was found in a remote part of the Wyoming woods, USA, on Sunday, September 19.

The couple were on a cross-country trip together when Petito went missing.

Cops said the remains are "100%" those of the missing woman, with an autopsy ruling she died by homicide.

Laundrie, 23, has been the subject of immense media attention since his fiancée first vanished.

That intensified when his legal team suddenly cancelled a press conference straight after the FBI search.

A 2017 image of Laundrie's bedroom includes a poster of shadowy people holding hammers and spheres.

In the corner, a furled-up US flag hangs off a bookshelf.

There is also a Darth Vader mask on display.

A series of violent Watchmen comics fill the shelves, too.

Twitter detectives also found a vlog in which Laundrie is reading sci-fi dystopia Annihilation, a novel adapted by Netflix about four women who go missing in the mysterious "shimmer" space.

He has been missing for eight days now, having vanished on September 14 in the Wyoming Carlton Reserve.

He hasn't contacted his family since, they said.

Laundrie was named a "person of interest" in the case on September 17, two days before Petito's remains were tragically found.
