A man has failed his driving theory test for the 192nd time, it's been reported.
Beginning his journey in attempting to pass the exam almost two decades ago, he has failed almost 200 times.
According to local news, he has spent 6,000 zloty (£1124) on exam fees alone.
The Polish driver is not the only person to have struggled to pass his theory test. In 2009, a South Korean woman passed her driving exam on the 950th attempt, The Guardian reported at the time.
She had spent more than £2,500 in application fees but failed to score the minimum 60 points out of 100 needed to attempt the actual driving test.
The 67-year-old needed the licence for her business and managed to pass on the theory on the 950th time.
The man who recently failed again, from Piotrków Trybunalski, is 50 years old and has been attempting to pass the test over the last 17 years.
It's also known as the highest number of attempts ever recorded in Poland, according to local news
Whereas in the UK, an unlucky driver paid out £3,600 to pass his theory test on the 158th attempt.
Possibly the worst, or least lucky, the driver had to fork out the huge amount on theory exams after failing 157 times.
The 42-year-old eventually passed on the 158th time, according to data obtained under a Freedom of Information Act request by Select Car.
